During this hands-on excursion, you’ll learn how to identify animal tracks and signs, discovering how to read the stories left behind by local wildlife. Along the way, you’ll also be introduced to seasonal, responsibly sourced foraging, with insights into identifying edible plants and understanding their ecological roles.
